Nice quiet day

I was expecting some volatility due to the unemployment report but the day was very predictable. I was able to ride some nice wins.

Towards the end of the day I did overtrade. The loosers were due to not following my trading signal.. I needed to be disciplined !! It cost me -$1,500 due to not following the system.
