I am having problems posting this morning so I will ahve to manually post the trades. They'll be off by time alittel since I am using paper today

Interesting day ..(Up) 9,000
No much going on so I did overtrade (damm amateur). I was taking trades without real signals and feeling anxious.
I think the day would of been much better if I waited for real signals. I placed 23 trades and my winnings dropped to
41% !
Some of my trades were a bit premature. I almost captured the morning low dead center (@ 10:03AM) but my mental
stopped got triggered. If I waited (famous saying) I could of make about $10,000 on one trade in 2 hrs!
Pnl: $9,000

Slow Day - Up 5,000
The market was basically flat mid day. Towards the end of the day I placed some trades but I was not focused enought.
Those trades were loosers, big ones too. I did started to hope for a comeback but the looses got bigger. I did not stick with my stop loss param, and it cost me !!
In addition for some reason I was anxious towards the end of the day. I should of stop trading. Live and learn.

Trades: 9 - Wins: 6 (66% Winners)

Looks like a flat opening. I expect not much volatility until around 10:30 (Oil report). Let's see how the days pans out for daily trades....

Similar Market Day
I only paper traded 11 times today. I was distracted with other things.
I have not been riding my winners too long since volatility was not that great. Only about 2:10 (fed minutes) I was able to ride a good few minutes but volatility dried up on my trade, so. A few of them did have a good run but I exited them early :-(

Trades: 11 - Wins: 7 (64% Winners)
Shares Traded: 220,000
Market is due for some volatility today...
Futures are down this morning. Volatility should be good today.
I will not be online for most of the day so you'll see minimal activity today on the blog.
